Privacy policy

Scope

This policy explains how Anumit Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use our apps, websites, and support services. An app-specific notice may supplement this policy when a product has different data practices.

The App Store privacy label for each app describes that app’s current data practices.

Information we handle

Depending on the product or service you use, we may handle:

• Information you provide, such as your email address and the contents of a support request.
• App and device information, such as app version, device type, operating system, diagnostics, and crash information when a product uses these features.
• Website information, such as IP address, browser type, and basic request logs processed by our hosting and security providers.
• Account information, if an app offers an account, as described in that app’s interface or supplemental notice.

Purchases made through Apple are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment card details.

How we use information

• Provide, maintain, and improve our apps and websites.
• Respond to support, privacy, and security requests.
• Diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and protect our services.
• Meet legal obligations and enforce applicable terms.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, operate, analyze, secure, or support our products. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business reorganization or transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including support, security, accounting, and legal needs. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You can manage app permissions in your device settings. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses.

To make a request, email help@anumit.com and name the app or service involved. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Children

Our general-audience products are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required.

International processing

We are based in Canada. Our service providers may process information in Canada, the United States, or other countries where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our products or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in an app or through another appropriate channel.
